Refund policy
At DavisLu Atelier, every piece is carefully selected and packaged with love. Because jewelry is intimate and hygiene-sensitive, our policy is designed to protect both our customers and the quality of our products.
1. Returns – General Policy
We have a 30-day issue resolution policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is a problem with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Due to hygiene and safety reasons for jewelry, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns (for example: no longer wanting the item, not your style, or ordering the wrong color/length). However, we will always do our best to help you find a solution.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

your item is defective or damaged, or

you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your claim is approved, we will:

send a replacement at no extra cost, or

issue a refund to your original payment method
In most cases, we do not require you to send the item back.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Because our products are jewelry and personal-wear items, they fall under hygiene-sensitive goods. For this reason, we typically cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind or personal taste

Purchasing the wrong size, length, or color

General wear and tear after use
We also cannot accept returns on:

Sale items

Gift cards
If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to assist.
4. Exchanges
We do not process traditional exchanges (sending an item back and swapping for another), as jewelry items must remain unused and sealed to meet hygiene standards.
If you would like a different style or size, please contact us. In some cases, we may offer:

Store credit, depending on the situation

5. Return Address (If Required)
In rare cases where a physical return is required and approved by our team, we will provide you with:

A return authorization, and

The correct return shipping address
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To be eligible under this cooling-off period:

In its original packaging

7. Refunds – Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve:

Reviewed your request, or

(If applicable) received and inspected any returned item,
and let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember:
